Seeking a dedicated, reliable, and experienced Consumer Bankruptcy Paralegal who excels at prioritizing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter, who is committed to delivering high-quality law firm administrative support and customer service with minimal supervision.

Some specific tasks include:

- preparing motions, motion responses, complaints, pleadings, proof of claims, fee certifications, and various other legal documents to prepare the managing attorney for Court

- Handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings

- E-filing using the CM-ECF

- analyzing pay advices and allowed deductions for means test calculations

- reviewing bank statements, tax returns and other documents before initial submission to the Court and Trustee

- managing and schedule client appointments, filing deadlines, and maintaining firm calendar, and office operations

- working directly with the managing attorneys and providing administrative assistance throughout the office

- conduct intake interviews and signing appointments with clients

- problem resolution

- opening files in Clio

- maintaining good working relations with the court and trustee's office personnel
